The Green Valley Firefighter’s Association IAFF Local 4125 would like to thank Papa Murphy’s for their continued support and great service.

Arizona’s Professional FireFighters do more than answer fire calls.

Each year, the Professional FireFighters of Arizona raise over $1 million and volunteer thousands of hours to local nonprofit organizations and charitable causes.

This year not only did we meet our goal set forth but we smashed it raising $7000.  This broke our previous record from 2008 of $4528.

Congratulations to our Brothers & Sisters in Tubac for their success with this years Golf Tournament.  They had 15 teams and great support from their community down there.  They were able to bring in a profit of $4582.88 which will assist them in helping their families in times of need and to assist Rio Rico High School Seniors with scholarships.  Great Job Guys!!!

Green Valley Firefighters Association Local #4125 kicked off this year’s Fill-The-Boot Drive in June with a bang.   Though we started late in the year we’ve had great turnouts and awesome support for the MDA.  With the continued support of residents and the assistance of the local Safeway and The Arizona Family Restaurant, GVFFA will surly exceed their goal set forth this year.   Special thanks go out to President Malaney, Brother Hoye and our MDA representative Stephen Lane for keeping the local on their toes.
